Hello Everyone! This is my first time blogging so I'm excited to share with you all. My name is Hollie Thompson. I will be talking about weight related tips, which of course revolve around nutrition, exercise and stress. Weight is a super interesting topic to me because I used to be a bigger kid in middle school and lost a lot of weight to where I'm at now. Since I went though the journey I did a lot of research and have personal experiences, as well as tips I can share. My hopes for the blog are that I can share everyday things to incorporate into ones lifestyle for maintaining a healthy weight, losing weight, or being more conformable with yourself. :)

Hollie, I have never blogged either. But by the way your first post is written I can tell you are going to do great and this topic is something that is very close to you. Health and nutrition are both such important factors in our lives, yet a lot of people forget about it. This topic is very relatable because you can share your own experiences and tips.
